الباب الأول: وعنوانه أهمية إنشاء منظمة التجارة العالمية والمتغيرات المصاحبة لإنشائها ويتكون من فصلين: نبين في الفصل الأول مدي أهمية إنشاء منظمة التجارة العالمية كتمهيد لموضوع الدراسة ونتناول في الفصل الثاني المتغيرات المصاحبة لإنشائها ومدي تأثيرها في النتائج النهائية.
الباب الثاني: وعنوانه الأحكام العامة لاتفاقية إنشاء منظمة التجارة العالمية ويتكون من فصلين الفصل الأول يتناول النظام القانوني لمنظمة التجارة العالمية والفصل الثاني يتناول الهيكل التنظيمي لمنظمة التجارة العالمية.
الباب الثالث: وعنوانه دور منظمة التجارة العالمية في تنمية التجارة الدولية: ويتكون من ثلاثة فصول نخصص الأول لدور المنظمة في تسوية المنازعات التجارية الدولية، والفصل الثاني نبين فيه دور المنظمة في تنفيذ اتفاقات جولة أوروجواي، وأيضاً، دورها في مراقبة السياسة التجارية الدولية، أما الفصل الثالث والأخير فنبين فيه دور المنظمة في توفير وتنظيم وإدارة المفاوضات التجارية بين أعضائها بشأن علاقاتهم التجارية.
