هذا الكتابُ خيرُ ما يُعبِّرُ عنهُ ويُجَلِّي مكنونَهُ ويُوضِّح ما فيه... مُؤلِّفُهُ وواضعُهُ وكاتبُهُ؛ فصاحبُ البيتِ أدرى بالذي فيه، فقد قالَ الإمامُ الغزاليُّ رحمَهُ اللهُ تعالى واصفاً كتابَهُ هذا: (وإذا كانتِ السعادةُ في الدنيا والآخرةِ لا تُنالُ إلاَّ بالعِلْمِ والعملِ، وكانَ يَشتبِهُ العِلْمُ الحقيقيُّ بما لا حقيقةَ لهُ، وافتقرَ بسبِبِهِ إلى معيار... فكذلكَ يَشتبِهُ العملُ الصالحُ النافعُ في الآخرةِ بغيرِهِ، فيَفتقِرُ إلى ميزانٍ تُدرَكُ به حقيقتُهُ، فلنصنِّفُ كتاباً في ميزانِ العملِ كما صنَّفنا هذا في معيارِ العِلْمِ، ولنُفرِدْ ذلكَ الكتابَ بنفسِهِ؛ ليَتجرَّدَ لهُ مَنْ لا رغبةَ لهُ في هذا الكتاب).
فدونَكَ هذا الكتابَ الفريدَ، فاقرأْهُ بعنايةٍ، وتحقَّقْ بميزانِهِ... تكُنْ مِنَ الفائزينَ.
