وتتمثل أهم الأهداف التفصيلية للوصول إلى الغاية المنشودة من الدراسة في التعرف على ماهية الرقابة البرلمانية وأهدافها وتحديد الأحكام الخاصة بالإستجواب وآثاره والوقوف على مدى فاعليته في الأداء الرقابي لدول الدراسة ومعوقات تفعيله كأداة رقابية وبيان النقص في التشريعات ذات الصلة في أنظمة دول المقارنة ومن ثم تحليل ومناقشة الإستجوابات المقدمة إلى البرلمانات في هذه الدول وتقويم تجاربها البرلمانية وصولاً إلى تحديد التوصيات اللازمة لكيفية التغلب على هذه المعوقات بغرض تعزيز دورها الرقابي.
