تم تناول هذا الموضوع في هذا الكتاب من خلال ستة مباحث رئيسية ومنها المبحث الأول، تم إستعراض المدارس الإقتصادية حول موقفها من الخصخصة، والمبحث الثاني، تم تناول أهم محاور وصفة صندوق النقد والبنك الدوليين ومنها محور برنامج الخصخصة، وكما استعرضنا من يقف وراء الخصخصة ولماذا، وفي المبحث الرابع، تم مناقشة الهدف الرئيسي من برنامج الخصخصة، وفي المبحث الخامس تم إستعراض أهم النتائج الإقتصادية والإجتماعية لتنفيذ برنامج الخصخصة، اما المبحث السادس، تم عكس المباريات الإقتصادية والإجتماعية بين الإشتراكية في الإتحاد السوفيتي والرأسمالية في روسيا الإتحادية - أنموذجاً بالأرقام والبراهين.
