La seconde, est consacree a l'application des differentes regles de conflit et aborde un nombre de rapports inconnus ou meconnus par la majorite des ouvrages de ce genre tels que le mariage civil des Libanais a l'etranger, les biens incorporels et surtout l'impact de l'Internet sur le droit d'auteur, le contrat de societe, les operations de banque...etc. La troisieme, couvre le Conflit de juridictions dans ses trois volets: la competence judicaire internationale, la procedure et les effets internationaux des jugements, sentences arbitrales et actes authentiques etrangers.
