تناولت فى هذا البحث معظم المسائل التى تتعلق بالتكليف الشرعى وبصورة واصحة لا غموض فيها و لاخفاء، فكنت أتفهم الموضوع ككل فى كتب السلف الصالح، مبيناً رأى العلماء فى كل مسألة على حدة ثم أرجح الرأى الذى خرجت أدلته سالمة بعد المناقشة مع اقتناعى به، كما كنت أنقل من الكتب القديمة مع التصرف فى النقل دائماً اللهم إلا فى بعض المسائل التى كنت أنقل فيها النص للاستشهاد به بعد شرحى له مسبقاً، كما استعنت بكتب علمائنا المحدثين فجزى الله الجميع خير الجزاء. أما من الناحية التطبيقية: فقد عنيت بتخريج الأحاديث، وبيان ما قيل فهيا من رواية وداراية، كما ترجمت لمعظم الأعلام الذين ذكرتهم فى هذا البحث.
