دعاوى الإرث متشعّبة الاتجاهات كما وأسبابها إلى حدّ بعيد تعود إلى التناقضات الواردة في المستندات سيّما ما قد يعلنه المختار أو الصادر من معلومات عن بعض السفارات وإن لجهة ما تتضمّنه أحياناً قيود وبيانات الأحوال الشخصية لكن ويجب التأكيد أيضاً أن عدداً كبيراً من الأحكام الصادرة يتعلّق بالخلاف أو الاختلاف حول تفسير بعض المواد الواردة في قانون الإرث لغير المحمديين الصادر عام 1959 أو قوانين بعض المذاهب المحمّديّة في لبنان.
لذلك حاولنا في هذا المؤلّف الجديد: دعاوى الاعتراض وإبطال قرارات حصر الإرث تظهير أهمّ المواضيع أو العناوين المرفوعة أمام المحاكم اللبنانية إن لجهة المحكمة المختصّة في الدعاوى العائدة للإرث أو لتصحيح الأخطاء الواردة في الأحكام ومدى قانونية الاعتراض المقدّم من الغير أو من الورثة أنفسهم، وموضوع رفض الميراث من بعض الورثة وانعكاس الأمر على الآخرين بعد أن أكّدت القاعدة القانونية العامّة أن إيلاء الحق بالإرث عندما يكون الورثة أمام دعاوى جزائية قد تؤخر صدور إعلام حصر الإرث.
هذا وقد نشرنا أيضاً مدى ما يتعلّق بحث الدولة في أموال تركة المتوفي وعلاقة مرور الزمن ببقاء أو زوال الصفة الإرثية إلى جانب تركة الأجنبي في لبنان.. وحق الخلفية وتقييد هذا المبدأ.. ومبدأ سلطان الإرادة وحقّ الخيار العائد للموصي إلخ..
