فقد قسمت هذه الدراسة إلى قسمين رئيسين وزعت على الشكل التالي: القسم الأول: "النظام الإجرائي لدعوى إشهار إفلاس الشركة المساهمة"، القسم الثاني: "القواعد الإجرائية للدعاوى الناشئة عن إفلاس الشركة المساهمة".
