"كاهنة أور ونجمة الجنوب الشاعرة السومرية حفيدة الماء والقصب والنخل، نشأت على ضفة نهر من القصائد يدعى الغراف، نهلت منه محبة نقية للشعر وألهمها ما فاض به قلبها من قصائد مضمخة برائحة الجنوب، تعبر عن هموم الإنسان الجنوبي ولا تنام إلا بعد أن تطمئن أنَّ الشعر غطاؤُها وتاجها الذي لا ينازعها عليه أحد. في كلماتها تاريخ من المحن والحروب التي عاشها الإنسان الجنوبي واستمد منها حزنه ومواويله الشجية، وحين خطت يدها أوّل نص لها أحسّت أنَّ هذه الغواية التي تشبه السحر لا يمكن الخلاص منها أبدًا كمن دخل مغارة سحرية وراح يتأمّل كائناتها. كانت أشبه بطائر فريد وقف على صخرة عالية وظلَّ يغرد بصوت تربى على ترانيم الحبّ والعتابا. كانت مولعة بإشعال الحرائق في حطب الآخرين الذين حاولوا حجب ذلك الصوت الأخاذ، لكنها حرصت على بناء عالمها الأثيري من أجساد القصائد الفتية التي تنبثق من مخيلة خصبة زادتها الأيام تدفُّقًا وكأنَّه بركان تفجر ولم تنفطم منه أبدًا. إنَّها الشاعرة رسمية محيبس. ولدت في مدينة الشطرة التي تقع جنوب العراق، ما زالت تواصل مشروعها الشعري والأدبي. أصدرت ست مجاميع شعرية آخرها مجموعة شغب أنثوي وروايتين: الأولى كاهنات معبد أور والثانية عنوانها العودة إلى لكش".
