يجب أن نعترف بأن إخواننا في المغرب- وهم أقرب الناس إلى درس الأندلس- كانوا أسبق منا- نحن المشرقيين- في محاولة فقه (سنن القرآن في قيام الحضارات وسقوطها).. أليس العلامة ابن خلدون واحداً من أبنائهم؟! أو ليس العلامة مالك بن نبي نتاجاً- كذلك- من نتاجهم؟!.
وهاهم تلامذة مالك بن نبي ينتشرون في الساحة الجزائرية من قسنطينة إلى تبسة إلى بقية الحواضر الجزائرية، وياتي ابننا الداعية المفكر الأستاذ/ محمد هيشور- الجزائري المسلم- ليضيف إلى هذا التراث العظيم لبنة أخرى، مستظلاً بتوجيهات الدكتور/ مصطفى الشكعة، فجزاهما الله خيراً.
إن هذه الدراسة تجمع بين الأكاديمية والإبداع والالتزام بالرؤية القرآنية. ولا يهمنى هنا أن أشير إلى ما اقتضته الطبيعة الأأكاديمية من عرض لمعنى السنن ومفهوم الحضارة في القرآن، ولعاقة السنن بالصدفة والصراع والحتمية، وتصورات كبار المؤرخين للحضارة في القديم والحديث- وإنما الذي يهمنى هو القضايا الاساس الرائعة التي عالجها الباحث وأهمها: سنن القرآن في قيام الحضارات، وسننه في سقوطها، وسننه في التجدد والاستبدال الحضاري.
إن هذه القضايا هي جوهر القضية، وهي قلب هذا البحث، وهي- أخيراً- حصاد هذا الجهد العلمي الرصين، الذي يضيف للعقل المسلم إضاءة جديدة.
