السيادة تعني الكثير بالنسبة للشعوب والأمم الضعيفة فهي السدّ المانع أمام إجتياح رأس المال والشركات المتعددة الجنسية، التي حلّت محل الإستعمار القديم في إستغلال ثروات شعوبها، وهدرت سيادتها وإدخال الجيوش مع شركات الحماية العسكرية من أمثال بلاك ووتر لتعيث فساداً وقتلاً وإرهاباً...
ومن أجل السيطرة على المناطق الإستراتيجية في العالم ومنها العراق لتأمين إحتياط النفط الكبير في منطقة الخليج.
دخلت بلاك ووتر ومثيلاتها من الشركات الأمنية العراق ودخل معها التخريب والإرهاب وإبتزاز أموال الشعب العراقي، وقتل أبنائه، وفي نفس الوقت فإن الآلاف من مرتزقة هذه الشركات يتمتعون بالحصانة إزاء القوانين الجنائية والمدنية العراقية، وكذلك إزاء القوانين الأمريكية كما سنرى في إفلاتهم من المحاكمة ومنحهم الحصانة من قبل القيصر (بريمر) هذا ما حصلنا عليه من إحتلال العراق الذي لا زال محتلاً ومنقوص السيادة، وهو ما سوف نتعرض له بالتفصيل في بحثنا هذا...
