وقد استند المؤلف فيه إلى خبراته الميدانية ومشاركاته في المؤتمرات والندوات والملتقيات التي كانت تتمحور حول: حماية اللغة العربية ورعايتها، فشخّص الواقع الميدانيّ: معلّلاً، مقترحاً خططاً علاجية، موضحاً دور المعلم في توظيف الفنون التعبيرية الشفوية للإرتقاء بالمخرج التعبيري الطالبي.
كما تناول "المراجع الوافي" فنون التعبير الوظيفي: مفهوماً وتحليلاً وعرضاً لنماذج حكومية وإستمارات مؤسسية" وأمثلة كتابية من دول عدة، وهي: الإمارات والأردن ومصر، ليفيد منها المعلّم وجميع شرائح المجتمع في إيجابية التواصل مع مؤسسات الدولة على تنوعها؛ توظيفاً للغة المكرّمة على وفق أصولها وعناصر فنونها التعبيرية المرعيّة.
