يهدف هذا الكتاب إلى الكشف عن أسباب ومظاهر ضعف الطلبة في التعبير الكتابي ومدى الإفادة من برنامج تدريبي، بعد أن يقدم الكتاب تحديداً للمهارات اللغوية لكل فرع من فروع مادة اللغة العربية في جميع مراحل الدراسة العامة. كما يستعرض الكتاب مجموعة كبيرة من الدراسات السابقة في مجال الكتابة الإبداعية، ولقد حرصت مشكلات تدريب التغيير في الجوانب التالية ومنها:
الأهداف، إهمال التعبير الشفوي، وموضوعات التعبير المقدمة للطلبة، وطرائق التدريس التي لا تنمي الاتجاه في خدمة التعبير الإبداعي. بالإضافة إلى استخدام المعلمين اللغة العامية، وقلة أو ندرة استخدام الوسائل المقننة، وقلة المدرسين المؤهلين تربوياً، وعدم اهتمام بعض المعلمين في تحديد مواطن الأخطاء النحوية الشائعة في أساليب المتعلمين.
وكذلك عدم التوجه في تحديد معوقات التفكير الإبداعي في الأسرة، والمعلم، ومحتوى المنهج، والإدارة المدرسية، ونظام التعليم، وكذلك قلة تحديد معوقات التفكير الابتكاري بالإعداد المهني للمدرسين، والبيئة المدرسية..
ومن المعوقات في مجال تنشيط الكتاب الإبداعية: قيام الطلبة باختيار موضوع التعبير، وتقسيم الفصل إلى مجموعات تكلف إحداها بالكتابة، ثم تصحيح المعلم كراسات المجموعة مع التركيز كل مرة على نوع من الأخطاء، وتبادل الكراسات بين الطلبة لتصحيحها وفق أسس محددة، وإعادة الكراسات إلى الطلبة للإطلاع على أخطائهم.
ولقد ارتضى المؤلف تعريفاً للتعبير الإبداعي هو: أنه أحد نوعي التعبير الكتابي، الذي يتواصل فيه صاحبه مع الآخرين، وينقل إليهم أفكاره ومشاعره، ويبين آراءه ومواقفه، من خلال كلمات مستوفية الصحة والسلامة لغوياً ونحوياً، وتعبر عن أفكار تتصف بالجدة والأصللة، وتعرض بطريقة مشوقة ومثيرة، وقد يكون كتابياً، أوشفوياً، ولكل منها مجالاته.
يشتمل الكتاب على برنامج لإنماء مهارات التفكير الإبداعي، وتجريب للبرنامج، وصولاً إلى مرشد متخصص للغرض ذاته. بقى لنا أن نشكر الأخ عادل ندا على ما بذله من جهد لإخراج هذا الكتاب بالشكل اللائق.
