وقد ضمنت هذا الكتاب بعض تجاربي وتجارب الآخرين في العلاج بالأعشاب ذيلته بكلمة "مجرب"، بالإضافة إلى ما تعلمته في دراستي ومن بعض المراجع العلمية.
وذكرت في الباب الأول: كيفية الاستشفاء بالقرآن ثم العلاقة بين الإيمان بالله وسلامة البدن من الأمراض، وبعد ذلك ذكرت بابًا في كيفية الوقاية من الأمراض ثم القواعد العامة في العلاج والقواعد العامة في العلاج بالأعشاب، وكذلك بابًا في المقارنة بين الأدوية المصنعة والنباتات الطبية في العلاج. كذلك بابًا للرد على المعارضين للعلاج بالطب القديم أو البديل وبينت أمثلة للنباتات الطبية سهلة التداول وذات الفوائد العظيمة، وأخيرًا بابًا للأمراض المعروفة وعلاجها بالنباتات الطبية.
وبهذا الكتاب يكون بين يدي القارئ الكريم فكرة مبسطة وسهلة وسريعة عن الأمراض وطرق علاجها.
