ان مهنة المحاماة هي مهنة إحقاق الحق واستنقاذه من مكامنه وإنصاف المظلوم ونصرة الضعيف وتحقيق العدل ورفع الظلم كان لابد للمحامي الناجح والمهني النبيل من تطوير ذاته بالعلم والمعرفة بتلازمٍ مع الأدب والأخلاق والسمعة الطيبة والمصداقية العالية. وهذا ما يدفع بالمحامي للإحاطة بأكبر قدرٍ من الإطلاع على القواعد القانونية الموضوعية منها والإجرائية.. وكما هو معلوم عند ممتهني المحاماة فإنها قد تتطلب في قسم منها مجرد بذل العناية حيث أن النتيجة لا تعتمد فقط على جهد المحامي وإنما هناك عوامل كثيرة أُخرى قد تتطلبها عملية التقاضي يُشكل المحامي جزءا منها ويشكل القاضي جزءا آخر ويشكل فيها أطراف النزاع جزءا ويشكل الإطار القانوني بشقيه الإجرائي والموضوعي الإطار الجامع لكل هذه الأجزاء وتنبني النتيجة النهائية على تفاعل هذه الأجزاء ضمن عملية التقاضي.
