وحيث أن المكتبة الأردنية أصبحت شحيحة بالطبعات الجديدة من هذه المجلة رأينا أن نُخرج هذه الدرة الفريدة للباحثين والقانونيين بطبعة جديدة سائلاً المولى أن تعم الفائدة والله من وراء القصد.
