العبادات هي الأعمال والأفعال التي يراد منها التقرب إلى الله - عز وجل - وإحكام الصلة بين الإنسان وخالقه - سبحانه - إلا أن الفرد قد يعجز عن الإتيان بها لعلة ما، ويصبح في حاجة إلى من يعاونه في إتمام ما أمر به، لذا جاء البحث في بيان: الاستعانة بالغير في العبادات - دراسة فقهية مقارنة، وهو جزء من أطروحتي المقدمة لنيل درجة العالمية "الدكتوراة" بعنوان (الضوابط الشرعية للاستعانة بالغير في الفقه الاسلامي - دراسة فقهية مقارنة) أردت من خلاله بيان وجهة النظر الفقهية في حكم استعانة المسلم بغيره في أداء العبادة، وهل هي مشروع أو لا؟ خاصة وأن التعاون بين الأفراد مأمور به طالما في إطار البر والتقوى، مصداقاً لقوله تعالى: (وتعاونوا على البر والتقوى ولا تعاونوا على الأثم والعدوان) ولقد اتبعت في هذا البحث منهج المقارنة.
وقد قمت بتقسيم البحث إلى مقدمة وتمهيد وبابين:-
المقدمة: بيان أهمية الموضوع، ومنهج البحث وخطته، التمهيد: تعريف العبادة، الباب الأول: بيان حقيقة الاستعانة، الباب الثاني: أثر الاستعانة بالغير في العبادات.
