الحمد لله رب العالمين الهادي إلى الحق بالحق و إلى صراط مستقيم خلق الإنسان وعلم ما ينفعه فأمره به وعلم ما يضره فنهاه عنه وقد خلق الله الناس من ذكر وأنثى وجعل لكل نوع مهام في الحياة الدنيا لا يحيد عنها تتلاءم مع خلقته وتكوينه فخص الرجل بمزايا ومواصفات تتلاءم مع شظف العيش والسعي والكسب وكذا المرأة خصها الله تعالي بما يتلاءم مع طبيعتها الضعيفة فحد الإسلام لها حدودا و أمرها بالحجاب و القرار في بيتها لتربية أولادها لعمارة الكون ولم يمنعها من مباشرة حقوقها التي لا تتعارض مع هذه الطبيعة كحقها في الخروج من بيتها لآداء عبادة أو غيرها إذا تحققت ضوابطه وشروطه وذلك في ضوء الكتاب والسنة والإجماع، والذي نأي بها عن مواطن الشهوات والشبهات .
ومن هنا دعت الضرورة لهذه الدراسة التي تبين دور المرأة ومكانها ومكانتها في الإسلام وضوابط ذلك الخروج من خلال دراسة فقهية أكاديمية يتضمنها هذا البحث .
