يسوغ لي - في إطار دراسة النظام القانوني لعقد الفرنشايز - أن أتناول هذا الموضوع من خلال استعراض بابين، يسبقهما فصل تمهيدي يتناول التطور التاريخي لنظام الفرنشايز والممايزة بينه وبين غيره من العقود التجارية قريبة الشبه به، ثم المزايا اتي تقدمها ممارسة النشاط التجاري بهذا النظام.
ثم أتناول في الباب الأول: من الدراسة العناصر المميزة لمفهوم الفرنشايز والتي تكون - في مجملها - محل العقد ،وهو تكرار النجاح التجاري لمؤسسة تجارية توزيعية أو تسويقية، ثم أتعرض في الباب الثاني لموضوع من أهم الموضوعات وهو ما يمكن أن يثيره هذا العقد من تناقضات على المستوى القانوني في مواجهة تشريعات المنافسة ومنع الممارسات الاحتكارية، سواء على مستوى القانون المصري للمنافسة أو في مواجهة تشريعات المنافسة ومنع الممارسات الاحتكارية المقارنة، وذيلت البحث بخاتمه أخلص فيها إلى النتائج التي توصلت إليها الدراسة وذلك على النحو الآتي: الباب الأول: العناصر المميزة لمفهوم الفرنشايز، والباب الثاني: عقد الفرنشايز في ضوء قوانين المنافسة ومنع الممارسات الاحتكارية.
