نتناول في هذه الدراسة قواعد الاختصاص القضائي الدولي الواردة بالمبادئ محل الدراسة، ونردف ذلك ببحث قواعد الإجراءات وتنفيذ الأحكام الأجنبية وفقًا لما قررته هذه المبادئ، غير أننا سنسبق ذلك بمبحث تمهيدي نلقي من خلاله الضوء على معهد اليونيدروا ومعهد القانون الأمريكي ونوضح دورهما في توحيد المسائل القانونية، كما نلقي فيه نظرة إجمالية على المبادئ محل الدراسة، ونحدد نطاق تطبيقها.
وعلى ذلك ستكون الدراسة على الوجه التالي: مبحث تمهيدي: كلمة موجزة عن معهد اليونيدروا ومعهد القانون الأمريكي ودورهما في توحيد المسائل القانونية، ونظرة إجمالية على المبادئ وتحديد نطاق تطبيقها، الفصل الأول: قواعد الاختصاص القضائي الدولي وفقًا لمبادئ المرافعات عبر الوطنية، الفصل الثاني: قواعد الإجراءات وتنفيذ الأحكام وفقًا لمبادئ المرافعات عبر الوطنية.
