هذا ونظراً للتشابك المتداخل بين المواريث والوصية فقد آثرنا أن نضمن هذا البحث الموجز أحكام الوصية لتتم الفائدة، وقد قسمنا البحث إلى بابين، الأول المواريث والثاني للوصية، وكل منهما يتضمن أربعة فصول.
