كيف يمكن تصور حال الناس لو حرم عليهم العلاج بالجراحة, سواء ما يتعلق بحال المريض أو ذويه وأهله, فضلاً عن أن جواز الجراحة الطبية في الجملة فيه عون للأطباء على تحقيق هدفهم المنشود, وهو تخفيف آلام الإنسانية, وصدق الله تبارك وتعالى حيث قال: (يريد الله أن يخفف عنكم وخلق الإنسان ضعيفاً), وقال تعالى: (وما جعل عليكم في الدين من حرج). هذا فيما يتعلق بحكم التداوي بصفة عامة, وحكم التداوي بالجراحة الطبية بصفة خاصة.
لكن قد يحترق جلد الإنسان أو يبتر عضو من أعضائه, أو تفقا عنيه ويحتاج لعملية جراحية تجميلية لعلاج هذا الوضع, أو يريد عملية جراحية تجميلية من أجل مزيد من الحسن, فما معنى جراحات التجميل وما أقسامها, وما أحكامها؟ وهذا ما أتناوله في هذا البحث. وترجع أهمية هذا البحث إلى أنه يتناول كثيراً من الصور المستجدة التي يكثر السؤال في الوقت الحاضر عن حكم الإسلام فيها, ولم تكن موجودة فيما مضى.
وقد قسمته إلى تسعة مباحث وخاتمة يسبقها مقدمة وتمهيد؛ تناولت في المقدمة الحديث عن: الإسلام والجمال, ومشروعية التداوي بصفه عامة, وبالجراحة بصفة خاصة, وأهمية الموضوع, وخطتي فيه. وتناولت في التمهيد: تعريف جراحات التجميل وأقسامها, وتناولت في المبحث الأول: حكم إزالة الزوائد, وفي المبحث الثاني: حكم فعل الوشم وإزالته, ورسم الوجه, وفي المبحث الثالث: حكم تفليح الأسنان, ووشرها, وتقوميها, وشد سن الرجل الذهب, وفي المبحث الرابع: حكم النمص (إزالة الشعر جراحياً), وثقب أذن البنات, وفي المبحث الخامس: حكم زراعة الأعضاء, وفي المبحث السادس: حكم قشر الجلد, وشفط الدهون, وشد التجاعيد, وتناولت في المبحث السابع: تغيير الجنس, وتصغير, والشفه والذقن, والأذن, والثديين أو تكبيرهما, وتغيير وضعهما, وتناولت في المبحث الثامن: حكم علاج الشفة المشقوقة, والأصابع الملتصقة, والأذن الوطواطية, وحكم إخفاء عمليات التجميل عند عقد الزواج, وتناولت في المبحث التاسع: ضوابط عمليات جراحات التجميل بصفة عامة, وتناولت في الخاتمة: أهم نتائج البحث. وقد حاولت قدر طاقتي جمع المعلومات التى تفيدنى في هذا الموضوع من الكتب المطبوعة, أو من الفتاوي التي في المجلات, أو عن طريق شبكة المعلومات العالمية.
