الدكتور حسن جوهر (12 يونيو 1960 -). نائب سابق في مجلس الأمة الكويتي. يعتبر الدكتور جوهر أول شيعي بتاريخ الكويت يفوز بالانتخابات النيابية 6 مرات متتالية بدون أي خسارة. أستاذ بالعلوم السياسية بجامعة الكويت حاصل على درجة دكتوراه الفلسفة في العلوم السياسية، تخصص العلاقات الدولية والسياسـة المقــارنة. (تقـدير عــام امتياز) من جامعة جامعة ولاية فلوريدا في الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية في عام 1989. تم انتخابه أربع مرات متتالية عن الدائرة الانتخابية الثامنة (حولي) بنظام الـ25 دائرة منذ انتخابات 1996 التي خاضاها للمرة الأولى، والمرة الخامسة عام 2008 والمرة السادسة عام 2009 عن الدائرة الأولى (الرميثية) وفق نظام الـ5 دوائر.
