دراسة تحقيقية نقدية، عمد فيها الباحث إلى تحقيق مخطوطين غير منشورين لأحد أبرز قادة «الجهاد المقدس»، الدكتور قاسم محمد الريماوي (1918-1982)؛ الأول تقريره عن الجهاد المقدس المقدّم إلى رئيس الهيئة العربية العليا الحاج محمد أمين الحسيني في عام 1949، والثاني مخطوطه عن عبد القادر الحسيني الذي خطّ مسودته مطلع الخمسينيات.
وقد عمد الباحث إلى مقارنة هذه المخطوطات بنصوص الريماوي المتأخرة، عارضًا تحولات خطابه المرتبطة بتحولات نشاطه من العمل في صفوف الجهاد المقدس إلى العمل السياسي، وتحولات الوقائع والتحالفات والصراعات السياسية والاجتماعية المختلفة التي مرت بها المنطقة على امتداد ربع قرن، وهي المدة التي تفصل بين المخطوطين ونصوص مقالاته المنشورة في صحيفة الدفاع في عام 1970، وفي صحيفة الدستور الأردنية في عام 1972.
وهي إذ ذاك توثق لجزء من تاريخ الصراع العربي - الصهيوني، خلال حرب 1947-1949، وتعيد قراءة ما دوّن عنها، ومقارنته بروايات شهودها وسردياتهم.
