ولقد أضفت بعض الفصول الجديدة إلى هذه الطبعة مستعرضا بعض الدعاوى التى من أستاذة الجامعات أمام محكمة القضاء الإدارى وكذلك أضفت دراسة حول المضمون النفسى والقانونى لقانون تنظيم الجامعات والتعديلات المنشودة والمطلوب إدخالها فى القانون الجديد الذى يجرى الإعداد له فى هذه الأيام.
