وقد ترون ذلك ينطبق على الناس الذين يحاولون إستخدام حمية معينة مثلاً: شخص يستخدم حمية بالخضار فلا ينقص وزنه ولا يشعر بالفائدة إلا قليلاً جداً بينما عندما يبدأ بإستخدام حمية اللحم يلاحظ الفرق ويلاحظ صحة أفضل في جسمه.
