لقد حاول الكاتب من خلال كتابه هذا - وضع علامات في طريق قراءة أعمال إميل حبيبي، مركِّز بالدرجة الأولى على السداسية - نظراً لطبيعة هذا الكتاب - ومستأنس بالوقائع الخطية، إلا أن تصميمه لن يختلف في جميع الحالات، لأنه يستهدف قراءة، للكيفية التي يصنع بها الروائي قنواته المعرفية الروائية، ويشيد بها المعمار الروائي الذي نميل إلى أن نطلق عليه (جامع الأنواع)، لتجريبية هذه الأخيرة، وتداخلاتها التي تحوّل مجرى الكتابة الروائية إلى خطاب أدبي، لا تراعى فيه الحدود بين النثري والشعري، بين الكلام اليومي، والكلام الحكائي، والكلام التخيلي.
