يشتمل الحدّ الخامس والأخير الوارد في هذا الجزء من ديوان "أبي نواس" برواية "حمزة الإصفهاني" على الباب الثاني عشر حتى الباب الخامس عشر، وعلى قسم هام جدّاً من رواية حمزة؛ هذا القسم يعرض بالفعل مقتطفات من النقد الأدبي لديوان "أبي نواس" على أيدي اللغويين العرب.
ويضم الفصل الأول فقط من الباب الثاني عشر: المجون، وهو مجموعة أشعار صرفة مرتبة حسب حروف الهجاء، أمّا باقي فصول هذا الباب فلا صلة لها - إلى حدّ ما - بما نفهمه عن المجون بصفة عامة؛ وقصائد الشعر فيها مرتبة وفقاً للموضوعات أو بناء على مصطلحات أدبية أخرى، فنجد هنا فصولاً بعنوان "الفارسيات"، وأخرى بعنوان "الأمثال في شعر أبي نواس"، وثالثة بعنوان "البديع عند أبي نواس" وهكذا...
ويضمّ الباب الثالث عشر رسالة الشامي مهلهل بن يموت بن المزرَّع في السرقات الأدبية لأبي نواس ومآخذ أخرى عليه في ديوانه، ويحتوي الباب الرابع عشر على رسالة موجزة لأبي العباس العَمَّاري يدافع فيها عن "أبي نواس" بسبب النقد الموجّه إليه من قِبَلِ المُبرَّد ومهلهل بن يموت، وأمّا الباب الخامس عشر فيشتمل على نوادر عن "أبي نواس" وشعره، وهي تشذّ عن التقسيم المألوف للديوان، وتوجد في هذا الباب أيضاً المُخَمَّسة الطويلة المنسوبة إلى "أبي نواس" عن مغامرته مع دلاّلة؛ وطريقة التحقيق في هذا الجزء تحذو حذو الطريقة المتبعة في الأجزاء السابقة دون أي تغيير، أمّا فيما يختص بالأساس المخطوطي لهذا الجزء فيعتمد في تحقيق النص كما هو الحال في الأجزاء السابقة على رواية "حمزة الإصفهاني".
