هي محاولة منهجية إذاً لتأطير المضمون الفكري لخطاب الرئيس بشار الأسد ومفاعيله السياسية، لكنها ليست قراءة بعينٍ غريبة أو متغربة، إنما بعينٍ عربية وسورية تحاول قراءة الرسالة التي أراد السيد الرئيس إيصالها للسوريين والعرب والعالم وتبويبها مفاهيمياً سواءً في الفصول المتعلقة بالإقتصاد ومحاربة الفساد والإصلاح السياسي والتطوير الإداري أم في الفصول السياسية المتعلقة بتوجهات سورية السياسية الخارجية والداخلية، وبقناعات السيد الرئيس العقائدية بشأن القومية العربية وفلسطين.
شأننا في هذا الكتاب تسليط الضوء على طبقات السهل الممتنع، بالتصنيف والتحليل والتأويل، بلسان السيد الرئيس، وبما يرشح معانٍ بين كلماته، وبما يليق بسورية وجيشها وأسدها، فلا أتنكر على الإطلاق للحب الذي دفعني لإنجاز هذا العمل، إنما حرصت بعنايةٍ وصبر أن التزم بشكلٍ منهجي بحدود الحقيقة الماثلة وبالمقاييس البحثية الموضوعية فيه.
