فقد وجدت أنه من واجبي أن أشارك في التصدي لمشكلات المجتمع الدولي ككل والغيرة على مهنة المتحدث الرسمي التي أتشرف العمل بها أحيانًا فاجتهدت للتوصل إلى علم المتحدث الرسمي لتقديم علمًا جديدًا صادقًا وهدفًا ليشارك في علاج مشكلات المجتمع وينهض به ويتصدى للفلسفات المدمرة ويهدف إلى تحصين وتقوية عزيمة الشباب وترسيخ الرسالات السماوية ومحاربة الرذيلة والدعوة إلى الفضيلة وإعداد خريجين في تخصصات بينية جديدة للوفاء بحاجة المجتمعات العربية والإسلامية من تلك التخصصات ليقدموا للمجتمع نموذجًا لعلم المتحدث الرسمي الخالي من الشوائب والذي يعمل على اكتشاف المواهب والمهارات وتنميتها لتحقيق الأهداف التربوية السليمة.
وقد جرى تقسيمه للفصول التالية: الفصل الأول "التأصيل النظري للمتحدث الرسمي"، الفصل الثاني "مواصفات ومهارات المتحدث الرسمي"، الفصل الثالث "المتحدث الرسمي في الإسلام"، الفصل الرابع "تدريب وتأهيل المتحدث الرسمي"، الفصل الخامس "أخلاقيات المتحدث الرسمي".
