يتمثل المحوران الرئيسان لهذا العمل البحثي - التحليلي - التوثيقي في:
1- دراسة ومقاربة المنظومة المفاهيمية - المصطلحية لدى القائد بشّار الأسد، بما في تفكيكه وتصحيحه ودحضه المنهجي المستمر للمفاهيم المضلّلة والمصطلحات الزائفة، التي درج أعداءُ أمتنا على ترويجها ليل نهار، محاولين بمختلف الوسائل وعبر حفنة من إتباعهم وخَدَمهم إدخالها وإدماجها في البنية الثقافية - السياسية والإعلامية للخطاب العربي المعاصر.
2-بحث وتحليل العلاقة التفاعلية بين الفكر والممارسة في تجربة القائد بشّار الأسد خلال المرحلة موضوع الدراسة (للأعوام من 2000- 2010م)، وذلك إستناداً إلى متابعة تامة لتطور المنحى العام والدلالات الموضوعية، التي تجلت في كلماته الجماهيرية والرسمية، والمحاور الأساسية لأطروحاته الفكرية وقاموسه السياسي - الثقافي – الإستراتيجي والقيادي، المتبلورة بوضوح وجلاء ودينامية لافتة بصورة تصاعدية سريعة على خليفة مسؤولياته القيادية الكبرى.
حيث اغتنت هذه التجربة المتميزة طبيعياً وجدلياً بقراءاته العميقة وشغفه الإستثنائي بمختلف المعارف العلمية والإنسانية والتقنية، المتقاطعة إرادياً بإطلاعه الواسع والدقيق (لحظة بلحظة) على مجريات الأحداث والمتغيرات الحاصلة في منطقتنا العربية وما يجاورها ويتداخل معها؛ عبر مشاركته المباشرة والفاعلة فيها، ليس في سورية وحدها، التي يضطلع فيها بأعلى المسؤوليات والمهام القيادية (الأمين العام لحزب البعث العربي الإشتراكي، رئيس الجمهورية، والقائد العام للجيش والقوات المسلحة، ورئيس الجمهورية، والقائد العام للجيش والقوات المسلحة، ورئيس الجبهة الوطنية التقدمية)، وإنما على نطاق الساحات العربية والإقليمية والدولية، كما يشهد على ذلك الأعداء والأصدقاء على حدّ سواء.
