- أطفال هذا العصر يختلفون كثيراً في إدراكهم، وفي نفسياتهم، فمن المستحيل أن يتقبلوا نوعية التربية التقليدية التي اعتادتها الأجيال السابقة، والتي كان يخضع فيها الأبناء خضوعاً تاماً للسلطة الأبوية أو التعليمية.
- إصرار الأهل أو المعلمين على التربية التي تكون لهم فيه السلطة المطلقة على الأبناء لن تكون نتائجها إلا إفساداً للعلاقة وتضخيم الصراعات والتباعد.
- أسلوب التربية الذي يحقق علاقة تفاهم وصداقة متبادلة بين المربين والأطفال على مدى العمر يتسم بالآتي: 1- التعاون لا الأوامر.
2- التفاهم لا القهر.
3- العمل معاً بلا صراع القوى.
4- تميكن الطفل لا تحجيمه.
5- أن يتعلم من أخطائه لا يُلام عليها.
6- أن يتحمل مسئولية قراراته وأفعاله.
7- أن يكتسب القدرة على مواجهة تحديات الحياة بلا انكسار.
- هناك دوماً فرصة لاستعادة التواصل والتفاهم مع أبنائك في أي عمر، مهما كانت المشكلات.
