"فستان زنوبة" هي حكاية الأم التي مزَّق بعض أولادها فستانها، ونهشوا جسدها وتركوها تنزف دمًا.. وبدلاً من أن يحاولوا حياكة فستانها أو لملمة بعضه ولصقه لستر ولو جزء منه لحين استرداد عافيتها، حاول كل منهم الحصول على أكبر فتفوتة منه ليسترزق أو يتاجر بها كجزء من أصل وعراقة زنوبة وأجدادها.. إنها حكاية مصر وبعض الضالين من أبنائها قبل ثورة الثلاثين من يونيو المجيدة، صاغتها "لبنى الجيزاوي" بأسلوب بسيط وخفيف في متوالية شعرية كرواية تُقرأ من بدايتها وحتى نهايتها، فتكتمل الحكاية.. فكل مقطوعة من مقطوعات الحكاية هي تكملة لما قبلها، ومرتبة حسب الحدث، لتُقرأ جميعها كحكاية واحدة مُبَسَطة في كتابتها عِاشتها مصر في ثلاثة أعوام.. حكاية تسردها "لبنى الجيزاوي" للتاريخ كما رآها معظم أولاد زنوبة، ولم يستطيعوا نطقها والتعبير عما رأوه وقتها... فنطقتها الشاعرة وعبَّرت عنها بلغة معظمهم وطريقتهم... على أمل أن تكتمل الحكاية بفرحة، ستأتي حتمًا مهما تأخَّرت، المجموعة تتضمن اثنتين وعشرين قصيدة عامية، قسمتها الشاعر عبر ثلاثة أجزاء رئيسة هي: فستان زنوبة - سر القرطاس - الصندوق والدَلدُول.
من قصائد الديوان: زنوبة عَفِيَّة - خطوبة زنوبة على عَوَّاد - وكتر الكلام على زنوبة - وضاق الفستان - صراخ أولاد - وإتشوه الجسم المرمر - تسليم مفاتيح الدار - هلاهيل وأبطال كتير - والأم بتصرخ وتوَلوِل - وجه عَوَّاد جديد - سَرَح التعابين - لزقوا الطبخة في الصندوق الجارة فضيحة والمجانين - ياللي هتبصم على بيع أمك - وهتقوم برده تقف على حيلها.
