الانتفاضة التى اندلعت 28 / 9 / 2000 جاءت فى سياق الرد على حالة العجز التى يعانى منها الجانب الفلسطينى المفاوض وعلى حالة الانقسام فى الصف الفلسطينى بفعل سياسات اليمين المتنفذ فى السلطة ومنظمة التحرير كما جاءت الانتفاضة فى سياق الرد على حالة التفكك والتراجع من قبل الحالة الحاكمة العربية ومثلت اعلانا واضحا وصريحا يرفض مشاريع الحل الاسرائيلي ويدعو لمقاومة ضغوط الولايات المتحدة وإدانة انحيازها الفاقع لصالح السياسات الإسرائيلية إذن نجحت الانتفاضة فى قلب الطاولة فى وجه الجميع وأعادت خلط الأوراق وبعثرتها فى كل اتجاه وزرعت بفعل الزلزال الذى احدثته فى ساحة الفعل السياسى أكثر من " استعصاء " فى وجه الاحتلال والتوسع الاسرائيلى ودعت الجميع الى مراجعة حساباته وفقا للمستجدات . ورغم ان الانتفاضة لم تطرح برنامجا سياسيا يعيد توحيد الحالة الفلسطينية لقصور فى أدارة القوى السياسية نفسها بتياراتها الثلاث ( الوطنية و الديمقراطية و الدينية السياسية ) الا انها اكدت فى المقابل ان الجميع مدعو الى مراجعة برنماجه وضبط وتطوير حركتة السياسية وقواه فى الميدان وفقا للمستجد الكبير .
