ويتميز هذا العقد بالعديد من الآثار الناشئة عنه والمتمثلة في إلتزامات أطرافه في مواجهة بعضهم البعض، حيث يقع على عائق وكالة السياحة طائفة من الإلتزامات في مواجهة العميل، كما يلتزم هذا الأخير ببعض الإلتزامات في مواجهتها.
ويترتب على مخالفة هذه الإلتزامات الناشئة لاسيما من جانب وكالة السياحة. وتنقسم هذه الدراسة في هذا البحث إلى ثلاثة أبواب كما يلي:
