وكما أن القتال تتطور أساليبه وفنونه في الأزمان والأماكن ، وأن الأعداء يتفننون بالاحتياطات والكيد والتآمر فإن وجوه المقاومة يجب أن تتطور. وأن تتناسب لتحقق الغاية والهدف لتحرير البلاد المغتصبة والديار المدنسة والأراضي المقدسة، من الأعداء والأشرار وعصبات الغدر والحقد على الإنسانية والبشرية اجمع وخاصة ما ابتليت به البشرية عامة والمسلمون خاصة من مكر اليهود وحقدهم واغتصابهم لفلسطين وما يلاقونه من دعم مادي ومعنوي من أشرار العالم. وهنا تسمو العمليات الاستشهادية لتكون في القمة . وتحرك الأرض تحت أقدام العدو. وتزرع الخوف والإضطراب في صفوف أعوانه ونفوس أزلامه... أ.د محمد الزحيلي وينبغي أن يعرف الجميع أننا ندين ترويع الأبرياء والآمنين مهما كانت دياناتهم وشعوبهم .. وندين كل عمل يقتل الأبرياء ويهدد استقرار الناس وينسف طمأنينتهم، فإن الإسلام علمنا العدل حتى مع العدو اللدود ولكننا لا نشعر بالحرج أبدا. بل نعلن للعالم كله أننا سنقتحم بوابات الموت دفاعا عن عقيدتنا وديننا واسلامنا وبلادنا وأهلنا وأعراضنا واموالنا وأن كل جيش واختلال في بلادنا يجب أن يدمر وبكل وأية طريقة قال تعالى " أذن للذين يقاتلون بأنهم ظلموا وإن الله على نصرهم لقدير" وإن ضريبة الحرية مهما كانت غالية فإن ضريبة الذل أفدح بكثير.
