إن الله سبحانه وتعالى أرسل رسوله محمداً صلى الله عليه وسلم بلهدى والرشد للبشرية جمعاء, فأوحى إليه منهجاً كاملاً شاملاً لكل جوانب الحياة يضمن لاتباعه عزة الدينا وفوز الآخرة.فوضع لهم منهجاً ودستوراً لعلاقتهم به وجل وعلا لكي يرتقوا عن المادة الحيوانية المطلقة باتصالهم بالخالق العلي ووضع لهم منهجاً ودستوراً للتعامل فيما بينهم يضمن لهم ألفتهم ومودتهم وجمع صفهم ووحدة كلمتهم, ووضع لهم منهجاً للتعامل مع أعدائهم في شتى جوانب الحياة (سياسية وعسكرية واجتماعية واقتصادية), يضمن لهم علو رايتهم وحفظ قوتهم وارتفاع مكانتهم وديمومة قيادتهم وسيادتهم. فسن الإسلام مجموعة من التشريعات الاقتصادية تحفظ على الأمة قوتها وتصون كرامتها, فلم يكن المسلمون ليصدروا ما يجعل لأعدائهم قوة عليهم, ولم يكونوا ليستوردوا منهم مايخل بعقيدتهم وشريعتهم, ولم يغفلوا أن يحيطوا عدوهم بكل أنواع الضيق والضغط ما دام متحدياً لهم معلنا عداءه وعدوانه حتى يضطروه إلى الاستسلام. وبعد أن رأيت الأمة قد تاهت وضلت طريق التعامل مع عدوها مما جعل له هيمنة عليها وجعل سلاح أعدائها الذي يقتل به أبناؤها يصنع ويشتري بأموالها وخامتها, لأنها تركت المنهاج الذي رسم لها خالقها ليحول دون ذلك, لما رأيت ذلك أحببت أن أعيد لهذه الأمة وأذكرها بشريعة ربها في جانب هام في تعاملها مع عدوها إذا التزمته لم يكن لعدوها عليها سبيل وكانت خيراتها بأيديها وكانت الهيمنة لها بل وحكمت العالم لما فيها من خيرات وموارد ولكونها قلب العالم كله وهذا الجانب هو: جانب المعاملات الماليةبين البلاد الإسلامية وغيرها. وجاء ضمن هذا البحث العنوين الرئيسية التالية دخول المسلم دار الحرب ودخول الحربي دار الإسلام وأثر ذلك في الأموال, المعاملات التجارية بين أهل دار الإسلام وبين أهل الحرب, أحكام عقود الأمانات بين أهل الدارين, أحكام التوارث والتبرعات المالية بين أهل الدارين, أحكام عقود التوثيقات بين أهل الدارين, أحكام الإيجار والاستئجار بين أهل الدرين, صيغ طبيقية المعاملات المالية بين المسلمين واليهود في فلسطين المغتصبة.
