هناك خلط بين الأوراق باعتبار أعمال الجهاد والاستشهاد من قبيل الأعمال الإرهابية التي تنادت دول الغرب لعقد مؤتمرات لمكافحتها، وأصدرت هذه المؤتمرات قرارات وتوصيات تدين الإرهاب بكل صوره.
ومن العجيب الغريب صدور فتوى تَعُدُّ الأعمال الاستشهادية البطولية في الأرض المحتلة من فلسطين، وأن من ينفذون قتل الإسرائيليين-من أبناء فلسطين-ليسوا الشهداء الذين يسقطون في ساحِ الحرب.
أمام هذا الواقع، كان لا بُد من تقديم حقيقة هذه العمليات الاستشهادية، وبيان آراء الفقهاء فيها، فكان هذا الكتاب، الذي مما نجده فيه:
-ما الجهاد الحربي؟ وما أهدافه والباعث عليه وأخلاقياته وضوابطه؟
-الاستشهاد والشهادة وحالاتها وعلاقاتها بالأعمال الانتحارية (الفدائية).
-ما يُعَدُّ من الاستشهاد في سبيل الله وما لا يُعَدُّ.
-مع عرض موثٌّق للأعمال التي يقوم بها الأفراد والجماعات لضرب جيش العدو الذي غزا بلاد الإسلام ودخلها مستعمراً مستوطناً، وحكمها الشرعي، خصوصاً إذا كانت تهدف ضرب قواته ومنشآته التي يستخدمها قواعد لتجمعاته ومعدّاته، ووسائل الاتصالاته ومراكز تموينه.
وبذلك.. يكون موضوع هذا الكتاب، من موضوعات الساعة.
