ان زيادة الانتاج الحل الوحيد للموازنة بين الموارد والزيادة البشرية ولما كانت الدول النامية تعامى من ارتفاع معدلات النمو السكانية فان العمل على زيادة الانتاج فى هذه الدول لن تحقق الهدف المنشود منها وهو رفع مستوى معيشة الغالبية العظمى من السلع الا اذا كانت معدلات النمو فى الانتاج تفوق بكثير معدلات النمو السكانية هذا اذا اخذنا فى الاعتبار العمل على تقليل الفجورة الاقتصادية بين هذه الدول والدول النامية ولما كان للانتاج هذه الاهمية فقد حرص المؤلف على تناول الانتاج بالشرح والتحليل ومختلف العوامل التى يتوقف عليها حجم الانتاج وتطويره حيث ان تخلف هذه العوامل او تخلف احدها فتكون 7 اثار سيئة على العلمية الانتاجية .
