كتاب يشرح وقائع وكيفية التقاء خط أمريكا الصهيونية، مع خط أمريكا المرتبطة ارتباطًا بناءًا بالإخوان المسلمين، مع التركيز على أيام وليالي نزول الوحي من واشنطن على قيادات بعينها في جماعة الإخوان المسلمين (ولله ورسوله المثل الأعلى).
وسوف يكتشف القارئ أن ليالي وأيام نزول الوحي الأمريكي على جبل المقطم كثيرة، فمنها الليلة التي أفضت إلى استقالة، أو إقالة الأستاذ محمد مهدي عاكف من موقع المرشد العام للجماعة، ومنها اليوم الذي تقرر فيه انضمام الإخوان إلى شباب ثورة 25 يناير، واليوم الذي تعهدت فيه الجماعة بعدم المنافسة على منصب رئيس الجمهورية بعد أن يتنحى مبارك، ولم يكن قد تنحى، ثم الليلة التي تحول فيها موقف الجماعة من اتفاقية السلام المصرية الإسرائيلية إلى القبول بها كما هي، دون حاجة إلى استفتاء شعبي.
كل ذلك وصولًا إلى الليلة الكبيرة، وهي على أرجح الأقوال، ليلة العاشر من ديسمبر عام 2011 عندما أقنع وزير الخارجية الأمريكية جون كيري (السناتور ورئيس لجنة العلاقات الخارجية بمجلس الشيوخ الأمريكي وقتها) قيادات الإخوان بترشيح "إخواني" لمنصب رئيس الجمهورية في مصر، وذلك خلافًا لتعهد الجماعة بعدم المزاحمة على هذا المنصب.
كانت جماعة الإخوان تفضل رئيسًا صوريًا من خارجها هو الراحل منصور حسن، على أن يكون رجل الجماعة القوي خيرت الشاطر نائبًا له، فيصبح حسن هو المسئول في الظاهر عن الملف الإسرائيلي، ويكفي الجماعة حرج التعامل الرئاسي العلني مع إسرائيل، وذلك بعد أن رفض المستشارون طارق البشري وحسام الغرياني ومحمود مكي عرض الجماعة على كل منهم الترشح للرئاسة بتأييد منها.
وفي ليالي الوحي الأمريكي اعترفت الجماعة بأن العلمانية المعتدلة لا تتعارض مع الإسلام، وأوفدت من أعضائها في أمريكا مندوبين لزيارة معسكرات اعتقال اليهود تحت الحكم النازي، ووقع ممثلوها الأمريكيون اتفاقيات تآخي مع المعابد اليهودية في الأمريكيتين.
