ماذا يعني، أساساً، التَّساؤل عن [فهم – عالَمَيَّة – المفهوم – السُّوسيولوجيّ]، من جهة المعرفة السُّوسيولوجيَّة في الفكر العربيّ، إبستيمولوجيّاً، إنطلاقاً، من أرضيَّات التَّساؤل السوسيو – معرفي، التي بُنيت، إلى الآن؟ ولماذا، يجب، على مثل هذا التَّساؤل، وعلى كل التَّساؤلات في حقله، أن يتصدَّر، كل التَّساؤلات العِلميَّة – السُّوسيولوجيَّة في البلدان العربيَّة؟ ويقع على رأسها؟ وماذا يعني التساؤل، إبستيمولوجيّاً، ضمن سوسيولوجيا المعرفة، عن ثنائية العالمَيَّة – والخصوصيَّة؟ إنه يعني الذِّهاب مباشرة إلى:
I-كيفيات فهم مفهوم العالميَّة الذي من شأن المعرفة السُّوسيولوجيَّة بوصفها تقدِّم نفسها، [في – كُلَّ – مَرَّةِ]، على أنها كونيَّة، والرد عليه.
II- الحجج المنطقية للفكر، [في – كُلِّ – مَرَّةٍ] يَتناول [عالميَّة – المفهوم – السوسيولوجيِّ].
III- ما الذي يجعل أن يكون لــ [السياسيِّ] دوراً [في – كُلّ – مَرَّةٍ] في الفهم، وكيفية الفهم، وكيفية بناء الفهم بالمفهوم السوسيولوجيّ؟...
IV- الآيديولوجيا، وضروب الفهم عَبر الآيديولوجيا، التي تقدِّم وتمارس مفهوم العالَميَّة، أو تمّارس [على – الصَّدَّ – مِنْ – مفهوم – العالمَيَّة].
V- ثنائية [العالمية – والخصوصية] بوصفها متوفّرةً على أصولِ مجتمعيَّة داخلها، وأطر مجتمعيَّة تُمارس [وجودها – المجتمعي – الواقعيِّ] عن طريقها.
VI- الأسس الفكريَّة التي تجعل المعرفة السُّوسيولوجيَّة التي من شأن الفكر العربي، [في – كُلُّ – مَرَّةٍ]، تواجه العالمَيَّة عن طريق ثنائية [العالمَيَّة – والخصوصيَّة].
