شاعر لبناني, مواليد 29 شباط , يعدُّ من ابرز الوجوه الشعريّة الشابّة في لبنان و العالم العربي.
إبتدأ مشواره الشعري في برنامج المميزون الذي عرضته المؤسسة اللبنانية للإرسال عام 2003 حيث حصد الميداليّة الذّهبيّة عن فئة الشعر المرتَجَل، و تفوّق على شعراء كبار من لبنان و العالم العربي.
صقل منصور موهبته الشعريّة عبر دراسته وتدريسه الادب العربي وتحضيره للرسالة دكتورة في الفيزياءالإشعاعية.
و نال منصور الجائزة الاولى في "مباراة الإبداع" لطلّاب الجامعات العربيّة التي اقيمت في العين – الإمارات العربيّة عام 2004.
لعلّ أبرز المحطّات التي كرّست اسم الشاعر مهدي منصور عربيّاً و جعلته رقماً صعباً بين الشعراء العرب كانت مشاركته في برنامج أمير الشعراء 2008 الذي ينتجه و يبثّه تلفزيون أبوظبي حيث نال الشاعر جائزة لجنة التحكيم و أصبح معروفاً منذ ذلك الحين بـ"أمير الشعراء".
كما حصل على جائزة ناجي النعمان الثقافيّة عام 2009 و شملت الجائزة طباعة ديوانه الأخير "يوغا في حضرة عشتار" وعلى جوائز وميدالياتٍ وأوسمةٍ عديدة لا يتسع المكان لذكرها.
يُعدُّ منصور الوجه الشعري الأكثر تمثيلاً للبنان في المحافل الشعرية والمهرجانات الثقافية خلال السنوات الست الأخيرة حيث مثّل لبنان في معظم الدول العربيّة كالأردن- الإمارات-قطر-عمان-تونس – موريتانيا- السودان – والعديد من العواصم الأخرى.
و الجدير ذكره أنّ قصائد الشاعر منصور تُدرّس في بعض كتب الأدب العربي في المناهج اللبنانية والعربيّة كما وترجمت بعض قصائده إلى لغات عدة كان آخرها ترجمة إلى اللغة الألمانية ضمن دراسة "أنطوبولوجيا" أعدّها معهد غوتّه الألماني...
