وعليه اشتمل الكتاب على موضوع متكامل في أهمية الخبرة، ماهيتها وطبيعتها القانونية، مفهومها، خصائصها، الشروط التي يجب توفرها بالخبير، وكل ما يتعلق بها من أوضاع قانونية مثل الشهادة والخبرة والمعاينة والترجمة وأداء الخبير في المسائل الفنية وسلطة المحكمة في تقدير الخبرة، وإجراءات إنتخاب الخبراء، ومدى إلتزام المحكمة برأي الخبير والتزامات الخبير وحقوقه والجهة المسؤولة عن محاسبة الخبير ... ومن أجل أن تكون الفائدة أكبر ثم إدراج نص قانون الخبراء المرقم 163 والمؤرخ في 18/10/1964 المعدل في ختام الكتاب.
