هذه بحوثٌ ومقالاتٌ يجمعها همٌّ واحد، هو الكشف عن بعض أسس العلمانية المعاصرة، والحداثة، وما بعد الحداثة (ما فوق الحداثة)، وهي وإن بدت للناظر أول الأمر مقالاتٍ متفرقة، إلا أنها مجتمعةٌ ذاتُ غاية واحدة، تصب في المناقشة والتحليل النقديّ لكتابات بعض أعلام أولئك العلمانيين والحداثيين، اهتم فيها الكاتب بالكشف عن أسسهم وقواعدهم التي ربما لا يصرّحون بها لإبعاد التهمة عن أنفسهم، وبعضهم لا يتورّع عن التصريح، وهم في ذلك ذوو مذاهبَ شتى.
وهؤلاء بفرقتَيهم: العلمانية الدوغمائية المجاهرة بمخالفتها للأديان، وتيار ما وراء الحداثة (الذي يسمّونه ما فوق الحداثة)؛ يشتركون جميعاً في هجومهم المدبَّر على الأسس الدينية الإسلامية، إما في نصوصها الأصلية بالقدح يها والتشكيك، أو في النتاج الفكريّ الذي أنتجته قرائح علماء الإسلام على مدار التاريخ. وهم يتنوّعون في الوسائل التي يتبعونها للوصول إلى ذاك الهدف، لكنهم مهما افترقوا يجتمعون عليه، ومهما نقد أحدُهم الآخر فإنه يعود ليشد على يديه لما يجمعهما من مقاصد وغايات.
وهدف هذه البحوث لفتُ الأنظار إلى شدة خطر هؤلاء، ومدى تغلغلهم في الفكر المعاصر، وكشف عدم مبالاتهم بالقرآن أو السنة أو بأية معارف، وعدم تفريقهم بين فرق الإسلاميين، لذا وجب على الإسلاميين جميعاً على اختلاف وجهاتهم أن يكونوا في خندق واحد في هذه المعركة ضد هؤلاء مجتمعين على الأصول الكبرى للدين الإسلاميّ، وأن يعلموا أن ما يلاقونه منهم سيضربهم جميعاً دون أي تفرقةٍ بينهم.
