يتناول هذا الكتاب معاناة الأطفال الفلسطينيين تحت الاحتلال الإسرائيلي الذي يمارس أبشع الجرائم بحقهم منذ نشأة الكيان الغاصب وصولاً إلى الانتفاضة الثانية (انتفاضة الأقصى) المستمرة، والتي سقط فيها حتى الآن أكثر من 750 طفلاً فلسطينياً برصاص قوات الاحتلال التي تدعي أنها تراعي القوانين الدولية في قمعها لشعب فلسطين الذي يطمح للتحرر والاستقلال.
هذه الوثيقة الهامة والشاملة تؤكد أن سياسات الاحتلاف وممارساته ضد أطفال ونساء وشيوخ فلسطين تخالف أبسط حقوق الإنسان وتنتهك مختلف الأعراف والقوانين الدولية التي وقع كيان العدو على الكثير منها في مراحل سبقت، ومع ذلك فإن "إسرائيل" لا تتلقى سوا المزيد من الدعم والتأييد الدولي (الأميركي والأوروبي) لممارساتها العنصرية، مع بعض من الإدانات الدورية الخجورة التي لا تغير من واقع الشعب الفلسطيني المضحي شيئاً، حيث لا تنفع مع هذا العدو سوى لغة القوة، لغة المقاومة والانتفاضة والثورة!
