Book Description
الوطن هو الوعاء الذي يتضمن «مواطنًا» هو بالضرورة «إنسان» يحمل من القَسَمات ما يتشارك فيه مع مواطني بلدان أخرى من لغة وعقيدة ووقائع وأحداث تاريخية، وكثير من القضايا الثقافية والهموم السياسية. فالمواطنة إذن دوائر ومستويات، تمامًا كما يجد الإنسان نفسه عضوًا في أسرة ينتمي إليها، وتشكل «الرّحم» الذي يستمد منه الكثير من القيم والمعايير والتعاليم، ثم يجد أنه بأسرته مجرد جزء من أجزاءٍ تنتهي به إلى الانتماء إلى «الوطن الكبير»، ثم تتسع الدائرة شيئًا فشيئًا إلى أن تصل إلى الدائرة الإنسانية الكلية العامة.
إن تقرير مبدأ المواطنة لا يتوقف على مقررات دراسية ونظم تعليمية فحسب، ولكن لا بد من توفير المناخ والسياق المجتمعي الذي يؤهل لتحقيق تلك المواطنة لتقوم على ركائز أساسية وقيم جوهرية، وهذا بدوره ليس مسؤولية دولة، وإنما هو مسؤولية كل مواطن ينضوي تحت راية الإسلام، أيًّا كان موقعه.
