ولأن وصفي التل لم يكن إلا مركزياً لا استثناء أو طروءاً طيلة مسيرته السياسية ولم يكن مجرد "موظف سياسي" بل مدرسة سياسية لها منهجها وأيديولوجيتها ووسائلها المنسجمة مع المنطق خلق حالة من التناقض في فكر الآخرين أو سلوكياتهم لعدة أسباب:
أولاً: وضوح موقف وصفي التل من نظام الحكم في الأردن، وتأييده المطلق لمنهجه في زمن كانت المنطقة تغلي وتعج بالحركات الداعية إلى التغيير.
ثانياً: الرؤيا السياسية ذات الخصوصية والمختلفة عن النهج "الناصري" أظهر وصفي التل لعامة الناس وكأنه نغمة خارج العزف لكنه بدا للخاصة بمثابة الحادي المعبر عن ضمير المسيرة.
ثالثاً: العلاقة والاحتكار والتلامس مع الحركات السياسية على الساحة العربية قبل رئاسته الحكومة وبعدها.. شكلت هاجساً معرفياً لكثير من الباحثين وهم يرسمون لونه السياسي والعقائدي.
