أردني ، يعمل كخبير اقليمي في الامم المتحدة، يحمل شهادة الدكتوراة في الحقوق، وهو حاصل ايضا على الماجستير في القانون الدولي الخاص و ضمانات الاستثمار في البلدان العربية، كما يحمل شهادة دبلوم في الدراسات العليا المعمقة في التحكيم التجاري الدولي وعقود نقل التكنولوجيا، وهو خبير دولي اضافة الى عضويته وعمله كاختصاصي دولي وعضو مشارك في بعض المنظمات الاقليمية والدولية ومراكز الابحاث المتخصصة الاخرى.
بدأ الكتابة في المجال القانوني والاقتصادي والثقافي والفكري مبكرا عندما كان في التاسعة عشرة من عمره، له من المؤلفات حوالي ( 30 ) كتابا وبحثا محكما ودراسة قانونية وورقة عمل في موضوعات الاستثمار الاجنبي والملكية الفكرية ومكافحة غسل الاموال في النظم الاقتصادية ومكافحة انشطة الفساد المالي والاداري والحوكمة.
كما شارك في اكثر من( 70 ) مؤتمرا دوليا واقليميا متخصصا.
من اهم مؤلفاته ما يلي: الكتب: 1- عقود نقل التكنولوجيا ، دراسة قانونية مقارنة لاليات نقل التقنية ووسائل التعاقد ، صادر للمنشورات القانونية ، بيروت 2007.
2- مكافحة جرائم المعلوماتية والانترنت ، منشورات الحلبي الحقوقية، بيروت ، 2007.
3- ضمانات الاستثمار في الدول العربية، دار الثقافة للنشر،الاردن- عمان، 2008.
