تناول قانون التجارة العماني، العقود التجارية في أربعة أبواب، خصص لها الباب الثاني والثالث والرابع والخامس من الكتاب الثاني. فقد تناول في الباب الثاني البيع التجاري، والبيع بالتقسيط، وبيع النائب لنفسه وبعض أنواع البيع البحرية وهي بيوع القيام ومنها البيع سيف C.I.F والبيع فوب F.O.B وبيوع الوصول ومنها البيع بسفينة معينة والبيع بسفينة غير معينة، أما الباب الثالث فقد تناول فيه عقد نقل الأشياء وعقد نقل الأشخاص، والوكالة بالعمولة للنقل والنقل الجوي. كما تناول في الباب الرابع أنواعاً أخرى من العقود التجارية، وهي الرهن التجاري والكفالة التجارية، والإيداع في المخازن العامة. أما الباب الخامس فقد خصصه للوكالة التجارية، والوكالة بالعمولة وعقد السمسرة (الدلالة). وعليه سوف ندرس بعض هذه العقود التي تناولها المشرع العماني في المواد من (93) لغاية (338) وفقاً للتنظيم الوارد في قانون التجارة، وذلك في خمسة فصول، نخصص الأول: لدراسة البيوع التجارية وسوف نتناول فيه، البيع التجاري والبيع بالتقسيط وبيع النائب لنفسه، أما الفصل الثاني: فسوف نتناول فيه، عقد النقل ونوضح فيه عقد نقل الأشياء وعقد نقل الأشخاص كما تناول في الفصل الثالث: الرهن التجاري، نتناول في الفصل الرابع: دراسة عقد الوكالة التجارية. وأخيراً نخصص الفصل الخامس: لدراسة عقد السمسرة (الدلالة).
