أحكام العدة: كتاب نالت به مؤلفته درجة الماجستير في الفقه الإسلامي وأصوله من كلية الشريعة في جامعة دمشق برتبة امتياز، ويأتي ضمن مشروع ((مئة رسالة جامعية سورية)) التي تعنى دار النوادر بنشرها.
جمع الله ـ تعالى ـ بين الرجل والمرأة بعلاقة مقدسة حدد فيها حقوق، وواجبات كل منهما على الآخر ضمن أحكام شرعية ألزم بها كلا الطرفين.
فكان منها أحكام العدة الشرعية التي ألزم الله ـ تعالى ـ به أحكام العدة: كتاب نالت به مؤلفته درجة الماجستير في الفقه الإسلامي وأصوله من كلية الشريعة في جامعة دمشق برتبة امتياز، ويأتي ضمن مشروع ((مئة رسالة جامعية سورية)) التي تعنى دار النوادر بنشرها.
جمع الله ـ تعالى ـ بين الرجل والمرأة بعلاقة مقدسة حدد فيها حقوق، وواجبات كل منهما على الآخر ضمن أحكام شرعية ألزم بها كلا الطرفين.
فكان منها أحكام العدة الشرعية التي ألزم الله ـ تعالى ـ بها المرأة عند مفارقة الزوج، وانقطاع العلاقة بينهما بموت أو طلاق.
مهدت المؤلفة بتعريف العدة لغة، واصطلاحاً، ثم تكلمت عن نوعي العدة بشكل مستفيض وشامل.
فبدأت بعدة المرأة المتوفى عنها زوجها، وفصلت الأحكام فيها، وذلك بذكر أحكام المتوفى عنها زوجها الحائل، والحامل.
ثم ذكرت ما يتعلق بذلك من أحكام؛ كالسكنى، والنفقة، والإحداد، وغير ذلك.
ثم تكلمت عن عدة المطلقة، وفصلت حكمها في كون أن الطلاق وقع قبل الدخول، أو بعده، وتكلمت عن عدة الآيسة، والصغيرة.
ثم أتبعت ذلك بذكر الأحكام المتعلقة بهذا الموضوع بشكل وافٍ وشامل.
فجاء هذا الكتاب نافعاً جامعاً لأحكام العدة من جميع جوانبها، مستوفياً للموضوع من كل أطرافه.
تُنصح به كل امرأة مسلمة ـ سواء كان عندها اطلاع على هذا الموضوع، أو لا ـ لأن هذا الكتاب يغنيها عن أي سؤال في هذا الموضوع، وذلك لكثرة مسائله، وغزارة فوائده؛ فهو كتاب جامع شامل يجب أن تكتمل به مكتبة كل امرأة، وكل طالب علم.
